Annual EXTRAordinary Women Award
Every year during Women's History Month, the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement (MOWA) opens nominations to honor the positive impact and leadership of women and girls who make Boston a world-class city.
We receive hundreds nominations of which 40 nominees are recognized from various neighborhoods, industries, and backgrounds to be highlighted and celebrated at our annual EXTRAordinary Women’s Reception during Women's History Month
