Roxann Cooke is a Managing Director and Consumer Bank Regional Director at JP Morgan Chase. She joined the Bank in 2019 and under her leadership, she accelerated the business growth and consumer bank expansion in New England. She also co-chaired the regions market leadership team and strategically integrated the banks commercial, consumer, wealth and asset management business lines. 

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Roxann  held senior leadership positions at various institutions including Eastern Bank, Citizens Bank and Bank of.America during her 30 year career in the financial service industry. 

Roxann is an active civic leader who is an advocate and champion for diversity, financial empowerment and closing the wealth gap. She currently  serves as the Tri-State Coordinator for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc and also serves as a board member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Boston Boys and Girls Club. 

Roxann earned her Bachelor’ of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and her Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University. She is a proud immigrant from Jamaica, a Mattapan resident and a girl mom.
