Women’s Advancement

We promote gender equity by empowering women and girls and removing barriers to their advancement. Our goal is to ensure all Boston women and girls have the resources and opportunities needed to succeed.

We work directly in schools, workplaces, and communities to break down obstacles to education, economic security, healthcare, and leadership. By expanding programs, building partnerships, and advocating for equitable policies, we strive to create a city where every woman and girl can reach her full potential.
