To honor this year’s One Boston Day and the 10th anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings, the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation is hosting a series of activities at Copley Square Park as part of the Boston Athletic Association Fan Fest. Aligning with One Boston Day’s theme of giving acts of kindness, the Stepping Strong Center is hosting a blood drive in partnership with the Massachusetts General Hospital Blood Donor Center, as well as conducting demonstrations to teach bystanders how to help someone suffering from traumatic blood loss.
