OUR INITIATIVES
OUR INITIATIVESWe offer technical and financial support for building owners through different initiatives from the Environment Department and the Mayor's Office of Housing.
Experts create Zero Over Time plans for BERDO building owners to save energy, upgrade systems, and use renewable energy.
We provide annual grants for building decarbonization projects that benefit Boston's environmental justice communities.
We provide loans and technical assistance for income-eligible homeowners to repair their homes, including green improvements.
