AAUW Work Smart in Boston

COVID-19 update: We have moved all of our AAUW Worksmart in Boston negotiation workshops to an online version as we follow guidelines related to social distancing.

We offer FREE salary negotiation workshops for women who live or work in Boston.

Women's Advancement takes an approach to closing the gender pay gaps that addresses both policy and culture. One of the key parts is to empower women to advocate for themselves in the job market. To do so, we teamed up with the American Association of University Women (AAUW) to offer free salary negotiation workshops.

In addition to the ongoing in-person workshops, the free course is now available online.
