The Business Strategy team champions the mission of the Cabinet, which is to transform Boston into a global model of economic opportunity and equity for workers, entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors. We work closely with a number of local organizations and other government partners to support business attraction, relocation, retention, and expansion.
Our team is ready to support your needs with business development workshops, technical assistance, site selection support, and networking opportunities!
Talent Discovery and Development:
We work closely with the Worker Empowerment Cabinet and can connect companies with the right talent and programming to build a competitive organization
Selection and Regulatory Assistance:
We work with partners like the Downtown Boston BID to provide bespoke site selection support and serve as your liaison to help expedite the logistics of your relocation process
Expanding and Relocating Your Business:
Work one-one-on with the City of Boston to establish a regional presence, access global markets, plug into local networks, drive brand awareness, and expand your business globally
Network Acceleration:
Leverage our capabilities to identify key industry connections, cross-sector collaborations, and potential growth opportunities
