Decarbonization Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

The City of Boston’s Environment Department is looking for a consulting partner to facilitate stakeholder engagement and develop a strategy for decarbonizing buildings throughout the city with a focus on smaller buildings not required to comply with the City’s Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO). The consultant will conduct a landscape and barrier analysis, lead facilitation of engagement activities including focus groups and stakeholder interviews, provide data analysis, and draft a report outlining a strategy for program and policy development to advance Boston’s efforts to decarbonize smaller buildings.

 

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement  under Event ID EV00015219. On Monday December 9, 2024 at 9:00am.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Decarbonization Stakeholder Engagement Consultant.

To apply, project proposal submissions must include a technical proposal and a separate price proposal. All proposals must be received via the Supplier Portal by the City of Boston Environment Department on or before January 10, 2025 5:00pm.
