Community meeting for proposed East Boston marijuana establishment

LEGAL NOTICE OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING REGARDING AN ADULT-USE MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT PROPOSED BY EAST BOSTON LOCAL ROOTS LLC

Notice is hereby given that a Community Outreach Meeting for East Boston Local Roots LLC proposed Marijuana Establishment is scheduled for Tuesday June 25, 2019 at 6:30pm, at the YMCA located at 54 Ashley Street, Boston, MA 02128.  The proposed Marijuana Retailer is anticipated to be located at 1006-1010 Bennington Street, Boston MA, 02128.  Community members will be permitted, and are encouraged, to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of East Boston Local Roots LLC.

A copy of this notice is on file with the City Clerk’s office, the Boston Planning and Development Agency, the Mayor’s office, the Office of Emerging Industries, the City Law Department, and the Inspectional Services  Department, and a notice of the public hearing was published in a newspaper of general circulation and mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the community outreach meeting to abutters of the proposed address of the proposed Marijuana Establishment, owners of land directly opposite on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the property line of the petitioner as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town.
