    3.     Request authorization to rescind the October 12, 2017 vote authorizing to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for the Repair and Maintenance Services of EDIC-owned properties for a three year contract; and, request authorization to advertise and issue a joint Invitation for Bids for the purposes of securing repair and maintenance services for EDIC–owned property located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, as well as BRA-owned citywide property for 2 one year contracts, with 2 one year options.
