First Amendment to the 2010-2020 Wentworth Institute of Technology Institutional Master Plan

A petition for the approval of the First Amendment to the 2010-2020 Wentworth Institute of Technology Institutional Master Plan ("Amendment"), filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/ a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

Said Amendment would relocate and increase the size of one (1) of the five (5) identified Proposed Institutional Projects, which was the Center for Engineering and Technology and which will become the proposed Wentworth Multipurpose Academic Building, located at 555 Parker Street.

Said text amendment would amend Article 51, Allston-Brighton Neighborhood District, specifically Footnote 4 in Table H, Allston Brighton Neighborhood District, Conservation Protection Subdistricts, Dimensional Regulations, with respect to Planned Development Areas. Said map amendment would amend" Map 7 A/78/7C/7D, Allston-Brighton Neighborhood District " by rezoning approximately 6.2 t acres of land from "IS," indicating an Institutional Subdistrict," to "Cfi," indicating a Conservation Protection Subdistrict and PDA Permitted.
