Hearing regarding a supplemental appropriation of Twenty-One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($21,200.00) to provide funding to cover the FY17 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Boston and the Boston Police School Traffic Supervisors Association.     Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation of Twenty-One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($21,200.00) to provide funding to cover the FY17 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Boston and the Boston Police School Traffic Supervisors Association.  The terms of the contract are September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2019. The major provisions of the contract include base wage increase of 1% effective the first pay period of December 2016 and December 2017, 0.5% effective the first pay period of June 2018, and 1.5% effective the first pay period in September 2018. The agreement also includes an increase in the uniform allowance.

    This matter was sponsored by the Mayor, and referred to the Committee on April 5, 2017.
