On March 29, 2023, Governor Healy approved an extension to remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies established under Former Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020 Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law through March 31, 2025. The Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will continue to conduct its meetings virtually. This enables the PFC to conduct its usual business while adhering to public health recommendations and ensuring public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

These practices in effect since May 11, 2020, will remain in effect until further notice. Updates to these practices will be posted as appropriate.

  1. VOTE 1: Nicholas Gove, Commissioner, Boston Transportation Department
     
    Grant of Easement to Boston Water Sewer Commission (“BWSC”) of certain permanent and temporary easements affecting a portion of BWSC property known as Permanent Easement E-7 and Temporary Easement TE-17, taken for the benefit of the City of Boston Transportation Department pursuant to an Order of Taking dated August 14, 2019,  recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds (the “Registry”) in Book 61592, Page 245 and shown in Plan Book 2019, Page 446.
     
    BTD pursuant to a vote by City Council deemed the above referenced easements as surplus and is now seeking to grant and release the easements to BWSC, but shall retain all other rights and interests in the above referenced Order of Taking.
