City Council Committee On Ways And Means Hearing On Docket #0108

Message and order for your approval an Order authorizing the City of Boston to appropriate the amount of One Hundred Ten Million Dollars ($110,000,000.00) for purposes of funding the Housing Accelerator Program. The expenditures related to the program are one-time in nature and are assumed to be non-recurring costs of the City, therefore, are appropriate to be funded with non-recurring revenue. 

This matter was sponsored by Mayor Michelle Wu and was referred to the Committee on Dec. 4, 2024.

NOTICE: The Boston City Council may have a quorum in attendance due to standing committees of the City Council consisting of both voting and non-voting members. However, members attending this duly posted meeting are participating and deliberating only in conjunction with the business of the standing committee.
