Pier 4 Common Area Property Owners Association Meeting

The Pier 4 Common Area Property Owners Association, LLC (CAE) advisory committee will meet virtually on January 22, 2025.

    • Objective of the Advisory Committee:
      • The purpose of the Advisory Committee as said forth in LLC Agreement is for the committee to solely provide advice to the LLC in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Common Area. The Advisory Committee will review the Pier 4 Management Plan and updates thereto before LLC submits such plans to MassDEP.
