• Building Portfolio Hearing 

  • Application for Building Portfolio from the City of Boston for three hundred and seventy (370) buildings throughout all Boston neighborhoods. Application was submitted via Pathway 2 and includes healthcare, multifamily housing, office, services, education, lodging, retail, storage, assembly, food sales & services, and manufacturing uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.*Continued from the October 15, 2024 meeting. Postponed to a later hearing.  Link to Application Materials

• Vote on Flexibility Measure Applications

  • Application for Building Portfolio from Power Options on behalf of the YMCA  for seven (7) buildings located in the neighborhoods of Dorchester, Chinatown, Fenway, Charlestown, Hydepark, Brighton, and West Roxbury. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes assembly and lodging uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliances. Link to Application Materials
