    FWABs and UOCAVA Ballot Counting-November 5, 2024, State Election

    Please take notice that the Board of Election Commissioners will be counting Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots (FWABs) and ballots mailed by voters from outside of the U.S. that are postmarked by November 5 and received by 5 p.m. on November 15. This process will continue each successive day until all ballots have been counted.
