BERDO Review Board Public Meeting

    • Vote on Flexibility Measure Applications

      • Application for Individual Compliance Schedule from Mass Bay Brewing Co, Inc. for an individual building in the neighborhood of South Boston Waterfront - Seaport District. Application was submitted with a baseline year of 2019 and includes manufacturing/industrial use. Approval of this ICS would enable a customized emissions reduction timeline based on a baseline year for emissions limits compliance.*Continued from October 28, 2024 meeting. Link to Application Materials

      • Application for Building Portfolio from Beth Israel Medical Center for six (6) BERDO IDs, with one consolidated BERDO ID consisting of 4 buildings, located in the neighborhood of Fenway-Kenmore. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes healthcare, technology/science, and parking uses.
