The City of Boston Public Facilities Department (PFD) will hold a Project # 7229 McKim Fire Alarm written quote solicitation on November 6, 2024, will be done on or before 12 p.m. at 2 Center Plaza, Suite 700, Boston, MA 02108.

The bid package and all addenda can be found on the FTP site. Written quotes shall be filed with the awarding authority at the bid counter, 2 Center Plaza, Suite 700, Boston, MA 02108, and are due on or before 12 p.m. on November 6, 2024, at which time and place respective written quotes will be opened forthwith and read aloud in person and virtually at this link:

    Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149 § 44A-44J, the City of Boston Public Facilities Department (PFD) solicited subcontractor bids for Lathing and Plastering for the above listed project. The solicitation resulted in no qualifying bids and therefore, PFD issued Addendum #8 which directed general construction bidders to carry an amount of $173,655 for Lathing and Plastering work pursuant to M.G.L c. 149 § 44F(4)(a)(2) and now is soliciting written quotes for the Lathing and Plastering work. WCI Corp. was deemed the lowest, responsible, and eligible general contractor for the above listed project.

    All written quotes must be submitted and signed, on the sub-bid form found in the spec, along with an acknowledgement of all addenda, a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount of written quote price, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility, (approved in the applicable trade/category of work), and DCAMM Update Statement.
