Zoning Commission Remote Meeting

The Zoning Commission remote meeting will be held on September 11 at 9 a.m.

Attention: This meeting will only be held virtually and not in person.  You can participate in this meeting by going to our online meeting. A copy of the petition and a map of the area involved, may be obtained from the Zoning Commission electronically, and you may also submit written comments or questions to zoningcommission@boston.gov.

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a virtual public hearing will be held on September 11, 2024, at 9:00 A.M., in connection with Map Amendment Application No. 763, filed by Charles Tevnan, Trustee of Cedar Grove Cemetery. 

    Said map amendment would amend “Map 5E, Dorchester Neighborhood District,” by changing the zoning designation of approximately 15,876 square feet of land located near the intersection of Granite Avenue and Milton Street, within the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester, from “OS-CM”, indicating an Open Space-Cemetery Subdistrict, to “1F-5000”, indicating a One-Family Residential Subdistrict.
