HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on June 13, 2024.

UPC 1.  On a petition by Eversource Energy for a Utility Pole Installation to install one new private utility anchor guy within Carolina Avenue, West Roxbury, to be located on its southerly side at address no. 111, west of Carolina Place. (UP 5/23/2024)

UPC 2.  On a petition by Verizon New England Inc. for a Utility Pole Installation to install three new private utility poles within the following public ways in Roxbury: (UP 5/23/2024)

• Schuyler Street – on its northeasterly side at address nos. 9-11; as well as on its southwesterly side at address nos. 16-18;

• Hartwell Street – on its southeasterly side at address nos. 42.

PH 1.  On a joint petition by the City of Boston Transportation Department and the City of Boston Public Works Department for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Brighton:

• North Beacon Street – at Vineland Street;

• Vineland Street – at North Beacon Street.
