By-Laws Change “Up to Twelve “Community Members” who shall be elected by the Board of Trustees in June of each school year (or such other time as the Board of Trustees approves) and shall serve three-year terms, commencing on July 1 of the school year in question (or such other date approved by the Board of Trustees).  The Community Members should be made up of at least two executive-level representatives of the Pro-Arts Colleges who shall be selected after consultation by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees (or his or her designee(s)) with the presidents of the Pro-Arts Colleges.”
