ATTENDANCE
On March 29, 2023, Governor Healy approved an extension to remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies established under Former Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020 Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law through March 31, 2025. The Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will continue to conduct its meetings virtually. This enables the PFC to conduct its usual business while adhering to public health recommendations and ensuring public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

Amendment to the vote of May 12, 2021: Regarding a contract with Studio ENEE Inc., to provide architectural design and construction administration services associated with the Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) Mattahunt Community Center Renovations project located at 100 Hebron Street, Mattapan.Increase of $144,577 and Time ExtensionThat the vote of this Commission at its meeting of November 14, 2018 and, thereafter, as amended on July 22, 2020, May 12, 2021 and amended by PFD' s Director under a delegation of authority on February 10, 2023 , regarding a contract with Studio ENEE Inc., to provide architectural design and construction administration services associated with the Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) Mattahunt Community Center Renovations project located at 100 Hebron Street, Mattapan;be, and hereby is, amended as follows:By deleting the following words and figures: “June 30, 2023, at a cost not to exceed $557,238.86, including $151,036 for additional services amount” and substituting in place thereof the following words and figures: “March 31, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $701,815.86, including $176,536 for additional services amount.”The Director is, also, authorized to execute such amendment, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, upon receipt of said written authority from the Mayor.
