The fourth floor windows will be 3 over 6, true divided lights, double hung, wood, with black spacer bar covering the window gaskets. The third floor windows will be 6 over 6, true divided lights, double hung, wood, with black spacer bar covering the window gaskets.
APP # 23.1020 BH 87 BEACON STREET: Re-point the brick and brownstone joints using type”O” mortar. Repair the brownstone defects with Conproco Matrix mortar. Paint the window trim and sills, door and alcove to match existing.
