You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 1 p.m.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. The BCB will accept testimony regarding each agenda item. Testimony will be limited to two (2) minutes and any additional testimony may be submitted in writing to cannabisboard@boston.gov. If you wish to testify, please sign up online.
This hearing is being conducted pursuant to Governor Charlie Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).
The BCB reserves the right to amend the agenda pursuant to applicable Open Meeting Law and Public Notice requirements.

The public comment period regarding the proposed amendment to the BCB’s Rules and Regulations regarding delivery is closed. The BCB shall consider the amendment and all public comment received. The text of the proposed amendment is: Section 3.09: Delivery: No Licensee in the City of Boston including but not limited to recreational cannabis dispensaries, manufacturers, and cultivators, may engage in the delivery of recreational cannabis including through a licensed courier or delivery operator, without the express written permission of the BCB.
