St. Botolph Area Architectural Conservation District Commission Hearing

The commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.

(Use Congress Street as an entrance and exit at City Hall after 5:30 p.m.)

    Proposed Work: Replace existing 1/1 windows in kind and create 7 new window openings on the side elevation with grates over lower windows. Install new garden fence, and window wells. Build small rooftop addition clad in standing seam copper with roof deck. Construct rear addition. Recreate front parapet copper finials. Repoint front and alley elevations. Replace all coping and gutters with copper.
