    0695    Message and order approving an appropriation for Four Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,400,000.00) from the income of  the 21st Century Fund, also known as the Public, Educational or Governmental (PEG) Access and Cable Related Fund, in support of public, educational, and government (PEG) access.

    0696    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant of Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-One Dollars ($33,931.00) awarded by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue to be administered by the Environment Department, for the Climate Ready Boston Community Leader Program.
