  1. Downer Avenue Park Community Meeting #1

The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services invite the public to the first meeting about improvements to Downer Avenue Park located at 40 Downer Avenue, Boston.

We are looking for interested community members to provide insight and ideas for the design of an improved Downer Avenue Park.  This park renovation provides us with a unique opportunity to create a space for all.  At the first meeting, a site analysis will be presented and a list of features will be developed. If you would like to provide input in advance of the meeting and haven’t done so already, please complete the survey found at http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3241581/Downer-Avenue-Improvements.

In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be held Tuesday, January 31.

For more information, please call Michele Folts at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department (617) 961-3025 or email  michele.folts@boston.gov
