St. Botolph Area Architectural Conservation District Commission Hearing

The commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

(Use Congress Street as an entrance and exit at City Hall after 5:30 p.m.)

    Application: 17.488 SB                     231 West Newton Street

    Koby Kempel, Developer: Replace existing 1/1 windows in kind and create 7 new window openings on the side elevation with grates over lower windows. Install new garden fence, and window wells. Build rooftop addition clad in standing seam copper with front deck. Recreate front parapet copper finials. Repoint front and alley elevations. Replace all coping and gutters with copper.
