    Order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant of one million dollars ($1,000,000) from the United States Department of the Interior under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to be administered by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department  for purposes of making capital improvements, and permanently dedicating McConnell Park for park and playground purposes, as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA), the grantor’s agent.

    This matter was sponsored by Mayor Martin J. Walsh. It was referred to the Committee of the Whole on January 15, 2020, and the Committee on Environment, Sustainability and Parks on January 29, 2020.
