    Message and orders authorizing the City of Boston to participate in the Massachusetts Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (PACE Massachusetts). This order authorizes the City to enter into a Municipal Assessment and Assignment Agreement with MassDevelopment, thereby allowing building owners in Boston to participate in this statewide financing program.

    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend amount of Nine Hundred Sixty One Thousand Eighty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($961,086.29) in the form of a grant for the FY21 YouthWorks, awarded by the MA Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, passed through the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston, to be administered by the Youth Engagement & Employment. The grant will fund Boston’s SuccessLink Employment Program for Summer 2020.

    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-one Dollars ($498,291.00) in the form of a grant for the First Responders-Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act Cooperative Agreement, awarded by the U.S. Health and Human Services to be administered by the Fire Department. The grant will fund a collaborative effort between Boston Fire Department first responders, the Mayor’s Office of Recovery Services, the Boston Public Health Commission, and community-based organizations to improve the City’s response to opioid overdoses. Year 3 of a 4-year grant.
