Review the summer jobs available to you

We created a spreadsheet of summer jobs and their descriptions. You can review the list to get a better idea of the types of jobs you might be interested in. Apply to multiple jobs to increase your chances.

Apply for summer jobs

Keep in mind: To qualify for a summer job, you must:

  • must be ages 14-18 during period of employment
  • be legally permitted to work in the United States, and
  • be a full-time resident of the City of Boston.

Register for the Youth Job and Resource Fair

At the job fair, you will connect with over 100 employers and youth resources. Please RSVP for the event.

Sign up for resume and interview workshops

At our workshops, we'll show you how to create a resume. You'll also develop your interview skills. You can register for workshops online.

Call potential employers to request interviews

Here's a list of potential employers. Research them to find contact information for the organization. You can call them to set up interviews for potential jobs.

Go to the Youth Job and Resource Fair

The event takes place on Saturday, April 22 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Reggie Lewis Track and Field Center. We'll hold onsite interviews with employers. You'll find job placement opportunities and career development workshops.
