A valid NFPA Hot Work Safety Certificate is required on all Hot Work Permit Applications effective September 1, 2017.

Effective September 1, 2017, all persons performing Hot Work and Hot Work Fire Watches must have completed the NFPA Hot Work Safety Training and been issued their NFPA Hot Work Safety Certificate.
