    17.1149 BV 20 Isabella Street: At front façade: re-point masonry with a Type O mortar, clean masonry and metal cladding at bay; replace all windows in-kind; remove security grates from first story windows; refinish front entry doors and trim; install intercom doorbells with camera at jamb of entry, create light well and install two-over-two egress windows at lower level; and create garden area and fence. At roof: install black rubber membrane roof, construct roof deck, and clad existing head house in standing seam metal panels.
