    Message and order authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Development to apply for, accept and expend Federal FY17 Continuum of Care Grant funds not to exceed Twenty-Eight Million Dollars ($28,000.000.00) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to support programs that provide services and housing to the homeless. 

    REVISION: DOCKET #0197 (ORDER FOR A HEARING REGARDING ANNUAL HOMELESS CENSUS] WILL NO LONGER BE HEARD DURING THIS HEARING AND WILL BE POSTPONED TO BE HEARD AT A LATER TIME.
