    #0800: Message and order authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Development to accept and    expend payments of Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) given to the City of Boston's Inclusionary Development Policy Fund for the purpose of producing and preserving affordable housing in the City of Boston.

    #0802: Message and order authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Development to apply for, accept and expend a Federal Fiscal Year 2017 Housing and Community Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of Twenty-Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($24,500,000.00). The grant will support the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS and the Emergency Solution Grant.

    These matters were sponsored by the Mayor and referred to committee on June 7, 2017.
