1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of March 2, 2017 Meeting.

2.    Request authorization to enter into a second amendment to the Lease Agreement with Mass Bay Brewing Co. Inc. for the conversion of 2,433 square feet of outside area to a seasonal outdoor patio located at 306 Northern Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3.    Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Boston Ship Repair to recapture land improved by a 30,000 square feet building, identified as Building #21 and adjacent land area known as 24 Drydock Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation of Wharf 8/Pier 7 Partnership, LLC, as Redeveloper, to facilitate the redevelopment and use of Wharf 8/Pier 7 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation of Skanska USA Commercial Development, Inc., as Redeveloper, to facilitate the redevelopment and use of Parcel Q-1 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation of Harbinger Development LLC, as Redeveloper, to facilitate the redevelopment and use of Parcel A in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7.    Request authorization to enter into a three year Agreement for lots located at 12 Drydock Avenue, Parcel C1 and 120 parking meters in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

8.    Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for designer services for the Parcel V1 Parking Lot Improvements in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
