Mapping Environmental Sensor Locations
Join the Common SENSES Project, in person or virtual, to help select new locations for environmental sensors along Blue Hill Avenue.
The community sensor network is growing, and your input is key. Bring your neighborhood knowledge, explore what the current data shows, and help make sure the next sensors are placed where they matter most — based on what you and your neighbors care about.
What We'll Do:
- Map What Matters: Help identify where new sensors should be placed within the focus area shown on the map below.
- See the Data: Learn how to access the sensor data and see what it’s already telling us about air quality.
- Community Goals: Share your ideas for how you want the data to be used.
This event is part of the Common SENSES project, a partnership between the City of Boston Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative, Project R.I.G.H.T. Inc, and Northeastern University. For more information about the project, visit the Environmental Sensor Network on Blue Hill Avenue page.
