Marcio is a lifelong resident of Boston and a graduate of Suffolk University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. With extensive experience at the Inspectional Services Department (ISD), he has held various roles, including Housing Inspector, where he led the implementation of a mobile inspection app, and Senior Management Analyst, overseeing the department’s IT initiatives. He is also committed to community development and the strategic use of technology to enhance municipal services. Marcio is proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish, allowing him to effectively engage with diverse communities.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Marcio values quality time with his son, Diego. They share a passion for sports and outdoor activities.
