BERDO Webinar: Condo Associations and BERDO Compliance

The City of Boston’s Environment Department invites you to attend a webinar on Boston’s Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO). BERDO sets requirements for large existing buildings in Boston to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions over time. 

At this event, we will: 

• Provide a brief introduction to BERDO (BERDO 101)
• Explain processes and requirements for BERDO's first emissions compliance year
• Highlight key lessons from the BERDO Condo Handbook

This event will be held virtually over Zoom on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., including a time dedicated to Q&A.
