Conservation Commission Public Hearing

The Conservation Commission will hold its next bi-weekly hearing on January 22, 2025, at 6 p.m.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Boston Wetlands Ordinance, Boston City Code, Ordinances, Chapter 7-1.4, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public hearing at 6 p.m. on January 22, 2025 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat. 

Any matter posted as a public hearing may be deliberated upon at a subsequent meeting. 

Members of the public may share public comments during the hearing. The Conservation Commission will also accept written testimony for agenda items via email at cc@boston.gov prior to the hearing. Written testimony should be submitted by Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
