As the Manager of Administration and Finance for MOIA, Dennis manages and monitors the daily office operations, finances, and human resources of the office.  He enjoys supporting an incredible and talented team and looks forward to driving the office's mission of ensuring immigrants can fully participate in the city he holds so dear.

Dennis has been working in finance (primarily budgeting and forecasting) for over a decade - first for the Massachusetts State Senate (he unironically prefers City Hall to the State House) and, more recently, for a regulated utility.  Before that, he worked for a large immigration law firm in Boston.

Dennis grew up in Milton and now calls Savin Hill home.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and French from Bates College and a Master's in Economics from Tufts University.  Dennis is fluent in French, and in his free time, you'll find him at Fenway Park, the Garden, or on a beach on the Cape.
