Roxbury: 100-102 Warren Street Abutters Meeting

Change of occupancy to include Accessory Food Panty. Scope of work includes the demolition of two existing portions of the building (front & middle) and the erection of a two-story addition (middle) to remain an office use. New food pantry to be located in basement. The new complex, in the Moreland Street historic district, to have a complete remodel and build a new roof deck with roof pergola. Site work will include new grading and retaining walls.
