On-Call Technical Assistance for BERDO
The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals a contractor to provide on-call technical assistance to support staff and the Review Board with the implementation of the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO).
Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All Proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: On-Call Technical Assistance for BERDO.
Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, December 20, 2024 and opened forthwith.
SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, November 18, 2024, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
