In the heart of Boston’s SoWa Art District, the 450 Harrison Avenue studio building stands as a testament to the city’s thriving arts scene. This refurbished warehouse, transformed into three floors of artist studios, is a vibrant center of creativity from artists working in painting and sculpture to photography, mixed media, textiles, jewelry, and digital arts. This exhibition brings their Open Studios into Boston City Hall through a selection of 35 artists showcasing the diversity that defines this community.

Experience the artists’ process firsthand during First Friday and Sunday Open Studios, as well as seasonal and holiday events. The building is also open daily, offering opportunities for impromptu visits and scheduled appointments. The SoWa Artists Guild, a non-profit organization, advocates for the artists of 450 Harrison Avenue, fostering a supportive environment and promoting the building as a key destination for local art in New England.

This exhibition continues in the Mayor’s Art Gallery Display Case located on the 5th floor. To learn more about this exhibition or inquire about an artwork please contact Paula Ogier at pogier@comcast.net
