As the Special Projects Manager at the Mayor's Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA), Clare supports the Executive Director to manage a portfolio of strategic projects to scale up the City’s immigrant infrastructure to respond to current events and simultaneously build capacity for systemic change.

Clare has diverse experience serving immigrants directly both internationally and locally. Beginning as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Rwanda, she then transitioned stateside to serve as Case Manager for arriving refugees and a Program Manager to galvanize support amongst community groups and nonprofits to connect families with resettlement support. Prior to joining MOIA, Clare supported executive leadership at Partners in Health to strengthen global health programming in eleven countries around the world. In her diversity of roles, Clare has maintained an unwavering commitment to advancing the rights and well-being of migrant communities, and building community across cultures and countries in pursuit of a more just and equitable world.

Clare holds a Bachelor's in International Studies and Concentration in Conflict Resolution from the College of the Holy Cross. She is proficient in Spanish, French, and Kinyarwanda, and loves to teach and practice yoga in her spare time.
