Remove existing roof and rear addition on existing one and a half story one-family dwelling. Construct a full height rear addition, full second story and attic space above. Proposed second story will include a master suite and two front bedrooms. Attic space will include playroom and storage. New front porch. Zoning relief required for insufficient front and side yards.
