Objective of the Advisory Committee:

The purpose of the Advisory Committee is solely to provide advice to the LLC in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Common Area. The Advisory Committee will review the Pier 4 Management Plan and updates thereto before LLC submits such plans to MassDEP.
