BERDO Review Board Public Meeting

The Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure (BERDO) Review Board will hold a public meeting on October 28 at 4:30 p.m.

      • Application for Building Portfolio from the City of Boston for three hundred and seventy (370) buildings throughout all Boston neighborhoods. Application was submitted via Pathway 2 and includes healthcare, multifamily housing, office, services, education, lodging, retail, storage, assembly, food sales & services, and manufacturing uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.*Continued from the October 15, 2024 meeting.     • Vote on Flexibility Measure Applications

      • Application for Building Portfolio from Emerson College for ten (10) buildings in the neighborhood of Downtown. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes all college/university use types.       • Application for Building Portfolio from Power Options on behalf of Boston Center for the Arts for three (3) buildings in the neighborhood of South End. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes assembly, food sales & services, and office uses.       • Application for Individual Compliance Schedule from Rethinking Power Management on behalf of Roxbury Highlands for an individual building in the neighborhood of Roxbury. Application was submitted with a baseline year of 2021 and includes multifamily housing use.       • Application for Individual Compliance Schedule from Mass Bay Brewing Co, Inc. for an individual building in the neighborhood of South Boston Waterfront - Seaport District. Application was submitted with a baseline year of 2019 and includes manufacturing/industrial use.
