Hyde Park: 21 Waterloo Street Abutters Meeting

Change of occupancy from a one family to a two family. The building is a former two family with separated utilities already. I live in a first floor unit. Renovate second floor kitchen (shown as "laundry in-plan"). Build new bathroom/demo existing. Add new entry doors for second floor. Replace electrical on floor two/update panels and meters.
